    Obviously this is a terrible situation, but it's not the insurance company's fault. At the end of the day, no insurance company is going to cover this and blaming them is absurd. To be clear, I loathe insurance company's.

    Knowing that the motor was just built is a pretty good indication that you have a real problem on your hands.

    I certainly wouldn't just assume you don't have low oil pressure because you've been driving it around like that. Have you checked the pressure with a scanner or EFI Live? If that reads low, I'd recommend you get a mechanical guage and check the pressure.

    I've also been running a single Diehard Platinum for the last 4 years and it still works great. Albeit Texas isn't known for it's cold weather, I did have to start last year in the low 20's and the Battery had no problem whatsoever.
