    There's a few companies that sell "kit's". They just sell you some speacial burs for your die grinder. I'll try and find a link.

    The one on my car spools almost instant but it's also got 2.3 L pushing it too. It's kinda impressive when it comes on. You can actually feel it on the ol' butt dyno.

    I was thinking the same thing. My Saab has a tiny little thing on it. I think my wifes hair dryer puts out more air than that little turbo does. Maybe you can call a few junk yards or do a search for those gas pot turbos off some of the saab, volvo, audi's ect.....

    Good point!!:rofl::rofl::rofl: I had a guy telling me his Hemi 3/4 ton Didge was walking around all these diesel powered trucks going up mountains and stuff. I laughed right at him and he thought I was laughing with him.:rofl::rofl:

    Must be something with the BCM. I would guess that a wire used in the tahoe harness is different than what it is used for in the truck harness. You'll have to sit down with the shcematic and look at the connectors man. You might end up having to rewire the connectors
