How are the LML's holding up?

It ran before it was tore apart, it DID NOT sound good at all!!!! Lol it had 60 overs, dual pumps, and a billet 475/stock compound kit. Customer does a lot of his own tuning and he said said he was pushing 75 psi, pretty extreme for a stock bottom end. It's going back together though with the...

    LML engine build recommendations

conversion kit and a pump; have $1425 in a swap total with a stock pump, if you have a core pump to send in most places require cores.

    LML engine build recommendations

Done several 700hp lml builds and they're holding up well around 650-700hp. With conservative tuning of course. Do have one lml in now that was pushed a bit to hard with larger injectors, dual pumps and twin turbos. Pretty certain she's got some shortened rods, will know tomorrow for sure. Truck...

the factory steel & rubber fuel return lines on the LLY run tight behind the stock Y bridge, they need to be bent back slightly to clear the 3" pipe. same with lbz and lmm I would call BS if you claim to have installed a 3" y bridge without bending a fuel return line at all to clear the 3"...

    Wiseco steel pistons

There's your problem :o It's not that they are a bad choice, I'm not saying that at all. It's just not really necessary if it's a budget build. Personally my vote goes for the oval bowls.

    Wiseco steel pistons

Those are not steel. For a 700 hp build I would find some low mileage used lb7 pistons and delip them. Or fingers pistons.

Anybody use Energy Poly Trans Mount?

We've installed several, keep them in stock for the trucks that come in that have separated oem ones waiting to destroy the drivetrain. No complaints yet. :thumb:

    Over kill or not????

don't think he does machine work, but he has a puller and is in Canada so he may have a place to recommend..?

    twin turbos

That would result in a hotter IAT! Wonder why they did that!?

    Over kill or not????

Take it to a reputable machine shop that has done duramax builds.
