    I didn't know the tip was still in it, sometimes when they break the tips come out with the nut and just the threads are left in the head. if that's the case then now you risk the chance of the tip falling in the motor...

    We run them in any performance build. It may have been fluke but I have seen the factory bolt break. I like studs better anyways. Also always run aftermarket pushrod on any performance build.     I wouldn't use anything smaller than a 87/96 turbine in a twin setup. with that tight of a housing is even worse.

    If you plan to upgrade injectors and pump in the future then yes you'll have a potential gain. If not, the factory fuel system will max out before you reach the max potential of a standard cast 75mm.

    Lmm twin kit

    On the 300/400 kits we typically also build an LB7 top inlet bridge, vs the front inlet bridge that you'll have on a basic stock/475 kit. Allows more room for charge pipe between the chargers and easier to install also.

    Yes. they exist I have a few on the shelf! Lol customers buying twin kits not looking for extreme power but just for towing needs we recommend the 1.10's to. IMO your better spending the money on a tighter housing vs the billet wheel upgrade, in that particular situation.

    It really won't change much, swap the housing you'll be fine. Typically any compound setup your going to see. 1/3 atmosphere, 2/3 high pressure ratio.

    adjustments wouldn't be necessary but if you want to play with it and fine tune it you may find some gain/possible driveability increase.

    Ultimate towing setup IMO stock Vvt and a t6 1.10 s472. Capable of flowing enough to max out factory fuel system, instant spool up & excellent egt control under heavy loads.
