The only expensive thing on them would be the fuel filter. Kinda nerve racking unscrewing that plastic housing. I found some on ebay for around 90.00 one time. Strange location as well.
Incline 135x10 185x10x3 225x8. Decline 225x10 275x8x2. Cable flies 9 set's of 10. Dips til fail. To finish,flat bench 225 until you hit 30 reps. Worked out with someone on this workout.
Dam,guesd i stirred the pot. 215-220 is not a bad weight for 6 ft. 270 and fat was to much for me. Thats why i joined the gym again. I have never had a mass problem,i just remember feeling my best around 215-220.
