    Does it just clunk once on engagement? Mines a stick but if I lock it it while in the throttle it can clunk, I always push in the clutch or pop it in neutral and engage 4x4. If i unlock it while cruising it clunks hard as well. I figured that was normal.

    I've never ran slicks so can't tell ya what it would do for you, but I moved mine up to the middle hole and it feels way better. From what I've read the higher holes hit the tires harder, better for slicks. And the lower holes hit the tires softer.

    I know the feeling of a soft 2 leaf rear that's what I run now. Doesn't hop alot in 2wd just spins on the street on st2s. Do u think the hopping could be from your more level spring angle you have with the drop hangers? I know the softness was probably the root cause but I wonder if that helped...
