    i would jump on e bay and pick up a system!!!!!!! keep the hitch and sway bars to your self maybe have the owner of the trailer kick you 50$ for just the trailer side brackets (thats about what the brackets coust) you would be surprised how much better they make your drive

    well if you go with the H2 17" rims theres gona be less side wall to flex my self if i were running that weight on a single i might step up to 19.5 rims with commercial tires defenetly would not have to worry about side wall deflection i also assume you have your weight distribution...

    im running a "Ghost Cat" took my stocker cut 5" holes on each end cored a 5" hole throu the middle in the ceramics slid it on the pipe to the factory location welded it up all the way around looks just like factory :D yea CHP is defenetly on the lookout for mod'ed diesels

    well if you have a small router handy git your self a nice carbide cutter with a pilot barring little WD-40 or the like you would be supprised how nice the aluminum cuts just make sure you have a good grip on the router and safety glasses that if you wanted to do it redneck style :D...

    bummer! should be easy to rebuild tho if you can find the brushes and contacts theres the guy down the way here from work who rebuilds alternators and starters ill see ifi can find the name and number matbe he can git you the required items.

    doesn't the ecm need to preform this check in order to know absolute position of the vains? olny does it once per key on/motor on (asuming the motor gits up to temp.) yes you can adjust it so the vains are open all the way at idle for rumble effect :D

    X2 its your trubo vains cycling to find there range it does this when the motor reaches 140 -150 degrees. ( i think that the first 1/4 mark on the temp gauge usally we are driving when it need to do the cycle and weights untill the engine is idling usually at a stop light or costing...
