    I have 2 lb7s. One is my street truck that I'm talking about in this thread(specs in sig) the other one I use just for pulling. The puller has no fuel heater no intake heater and glow plugs are disabled. I fired them both cold at the same time the other day(puller took a couple extra cranks) and...

    Ben Do aftermarket pushrods have to oil supply hole in them? Will lbz lifters need to be installed into an lb7?

    The thing that I don't like about a 14k lb trailer is it can really only legally haul an 8000lb truck without any other tools or equipment on the trailer.

    It still runs but smokes like crazy when it's cold and runs very rough. Puffing unburnt fuel out the exhaust. Some people have me thinking it could be an internal problem. I haven't done a compression test yet but I'm going to have to.

    Theres a possibility that I have a melted piston or bent rod in the truck in my sig. I was wondering how bad it would be to put cut lb7 pistons in it with lbz rods without having the rotating assembly balanced. Also what's the average cost to get it balanced. I'm only thinking about running lbz...

    I was hoping for burnt out glow plugs. That's why I changed them. I also put new rails on with them. With no improvement.
