    I believe something needs to be done with the factory pickup especially if a lift pump is installed that returns fuel back into the tank. I noticed a huge difference just with throttle response modifying the pickup.

    I hate sumps, why just because :roflmao: Pull out your factory pick up. Hook a 5/8” diesel rated fuel line to the vent. Cut a bigger hole in your cup. Run the fuel line you added into the cup with a 45* cut at the end. Hook your feed line from the FASS to the vent.

    Just for informational purposes. Pissing matches don’t help anything. AF cam $1000? Purpose: to provide better harmonics. Wouldn’t it be good to balance the crank the best as possible to help with harmonics?

    I just went to Costco and bought the cheapest they had, it worked great for 8 years until it was stolen. Went back and bought another for $200 and it’s been great for a year.

    What about checking the block and crank for cracks? Polishing the crank? Short fill on the block. Within 1% :rofl: this isn’t the 1960’s

    I know I paid a lot but I wanted the best of the best. Sure I could get it done cheaper but when I wanted my rotating assembly balanced within a gram at 7000rpm I knew where I had to go. Maybe that’s why my crank is still in one piece after 130,000 miles, maybe I’m just lucky.

    So you probably filled your crank case with diesel. Search here about LB7 injectors. That more than likely took out your bearings. If you’re lucky it’s just your injectors knocking and fresh oil and new injectors fix it.

    The tank isn’t in the sun on our trucks. I consistently fill all the way to the cap when I’m doing mileage testing, never lost a drop. Now on a gas vehicle you never top off the tank, gas can go into the evap system and cause problems.

    Doesn’t the lml manifold flow more than 01-10 manifolds? I thought I remember seeing where people would port the 01-10 manifold before it goes into the up pipe and the lml manifold you didn’t need to.

    You do know you have to add $3-4500 in machine work with bearings right? And depending on how well they balance the crank will help how long it lasts.

    I can’t find their short blocks on their website but the street fighter rotating assembly is rated at 1000hp and is using mahle clevite pistons. On Instagram they said it’s rated at 800hp so it must be something different
