    Rick, you need to verify if that Borg is indeed the 92mm turbine. They are rare and if you wouldn't have said it, I would have bet a 1000 bucks it wouldn't be that turbine wheel. If it is the 92, there is not a converter in the world that will make you satisfied with street driving that...

    If you take a map gas or butane torch to the broken bolts, the red loctite will boil out and you will be able to wind out the broken bolt with your fingers.

    If it actually is the 92mm turbine, it is the laziest turbine you could of chosen. The 3 common Borg warner turbines are 83/74, 87/80, & 96/88. They also made a 92/82 that flows less than the smaller wheels and also manages to be super lazy.

    2014 with 89000 miles got in has a 7-9" cognito and has 2 fox shocks with the seals blown. No idea how long they've been on. In my experience, pretty near 50% of the aftermarket shocks i see either have the bushings completely wore out or is leaking oil bad. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

    In this guy's defense, the material was so thin at the crack that I couldn't weld it at all. It would blow thru on my lowest heat setting. But he must have had wire speed set on kill because it looks like every time he burnt thru, the wire would travel almost the entire diameter of the pipe...

    Low Fuel Rail Pressure

    LBZ's are famous for low rail pressure when towing when the injectors are wore out and returning too much fuel. It can be the only symptom you get when they are like this. I did not see where you mentioned if they had ever been changed? It also can be a wore out cp3 too.

    We are filled block solid heads and no oil cooler at all. One run and done. The Baldwin B7 is massive, i wanted as much oil capacity as possible.

    We run the Socal oil cooler deleting adapter with -12 an lines out to a moroso filter head. Run a baldwin B7 filter with a screen on top of the filter just to catch things if needed.
