Question: Axle Block on 5th Wheel. Good or Bad Idea?

This is the only photo I have. My cul de sac is at a slope so it doesn’t give you a great level representation, but gives you an idea. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Question: Axle Block on 5th Wheel. Good or Bad Idea?

The axles have already been "flipped", but with new perches so the axle curve is still upright.

Question: Axle Block on 5th Wheel. Good or Bad Idea?

I haven't seen if there is enough meat on the plates yet, but I guess I could also make new plates.

Question: Axle Block on 5th Wheel. Good or Bad Idea?

I recently purchased an older 5th wheel travel trailer and GVRW is 8200lbs It sits way too low and I'm trying to figure out what I can do without welding a subframe for the hangers if possible. In an absolute perfect world it needs 5-6" of lift, but 3ish would be a decent improvement from what I...

Anyone heard of/used Freedom off-road UCAs?

You have way more room than I did, so I would also agree you won't notice a difference. I had half or less than half the room and did notice a difference, but I know it was hitting every so often.

    Titan tank and sumps

Your thread most definitely got hijacked and didn't stay on topic at all. I have no idea about the titans, but someone here should if they can stop talking about the S&B. (even though they have my attention)

    The new Limo

I hate people.... I put a Garmin 55 with the parking cable accessory and hardwired it to the sunroof for constant and switched power. It's decent for the price, but leaves a little to be desired on video quality while moving. I got it mainly because people were breaking into cars at the...

Oh lifetime warranty parts... lifetime changing parts maybe. Timken ones just went on my truck. Pretty reasonable on Amazon. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Info: Powerstop, EBC, or stock brakes?

That’s how they usually are. Who knows I guess maybe I got a bad set or it was boiling the fluid. The orange heavy duty ones I can’t get to fade at all, and I flush fluid every pad change. But they sure don’t have the initial bite of yellows. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Info: Powerstop, EBC, or stock brakes?

I've run yellow on almost every car I've owned and they are great pads. I will continue to run them on anything under 5k lbs, but can't say they work well on these trucks. I put them on my LML with EBC sport rotors and got major fade after one hard application from 90-20. They also didn't last...

Info: Powerstop, EBC, or stock brakes?

This is what I run on the front and it works great. I had yellow pad and absolutely hated them, being 8k lbs they got brake fade real quick. The first stop was great, but after that it was dangerous. I still have the yellows on the rear, but will be switching to orange once they are worn out.

    LML Cleaning the DPF Filter

It smoged fine and made it almost 500 miles before a regen. Prior to flushing the DPF it would only make it 100-150miles before a regen. I won't have any long term updates, but short term seems to help.

    Ford F-250 Death Wobble

Uneven caster, absolutely. I guess I just don't get the bulletin for moving caster on both wheels as far back as possible.

    Ford F-250 Death Wobble

I don't see how a caster change while leaving all the other spec would do anything. Maybe more toe in, but every death wobble I have been in was a wasted front end dodge that needed bushings. But a 19' Ford couldn't have suffered from a worn out front end, so it's pretty concerning. I...
