    Exhaust Brake - trouble, VERY FRUSTRATED

    Check battery+ power to the switch and then the ground on the other side. Is that switch on a fuse protected circuit? Check the fuse. If fuse is good, see if other things on that circuit fail to work at the same time the switch fails.

    Help Truck Won't Start

    I think you still have air in your lines going to the injectors. Once the air is completely out, the engine wil start. Diesels are notorious for difficulty in starting when the fuel system has been interrupted or run out of fuel.

    Can you be more precise? It's like saying the engine was bad. Well, that tells you it wasn't the tires, or the windows, or the bumpers, but still doesn't tell you much. And lots of us really like to know what the problem was.

    Loosing boost while pulling

    Clean both the MAF and the MAP. MAP senses boost. Also check to be sure you have a clean 5V feed to the sensor. Also check for any bare sensor wires/shorting and that you have a good ground. If your MAP provided bad info (lower than actual), both boost and fuel PSI would be decreased by the ECM.
