Just to keep you on your toes. Still working on some bugs in the code with having two pulses per injection. So this is a no pilot tune running on our board. Sorry for the vertical video Source: https://youtu.be/iEtQUWgk6N0

    Injector rates help

That should give you the main rate. Read the balance again with a fully warmed up engine and give us the numbers with main rate

    Injector rates help

The specs are + or - 4 in park or neutral and + or - 6 in drive not moving foot on brake. Both tests done with engine fully warmed up These numbers are also adjusted based on main rate mm3. So we need this number to know if your balance rates are any good

I may be wrong, but for your transmission, a tune is for shift points and converter lockup. This can help keep the engine in its power band. It's been clarified above that the LBZ and LMM injectors are the same size. Plug has a little tab that keeps them from being swapped unless removed

Engine temp started to climb during last trip

Sounds like it's time to pull the coolant stack out and give it a good wash. Hard to wash out the debris when it's in the truck. Getting water to go through the radiator when you have the AC condenser in the way May also want to check / replace the fan clutch

    LB7 LML Allison 1000 conversion & swap

Did you just do a valve body swap or whole transmission? Your first post sounds like you used the 2011 transmission. Photos look like a valve body swap

Almost forgot to answer your question. The bushing is the ring or threaded protector that goes on threaded connector after the lock ring to protect the wire from abrasion. Often plastic but can be found in metal with a plastic liner and ground connector. But the simple plastic ones will suffice...

How did you get a calibration that adds a 6th gear, G solenoid and whatever other changes made that will load onto an 02 TCM?
