    If the idle is not getting to were the ECM wants, or it's having to inject more fuel to maintain it, then the ECM will also raise fuel pressure. If you look over the fuel pressure maps, you'll see the pressure increase at higher mm3 even for the same RPM

    Recalibrate the numbers taking into account the main rate. Should be about 10mm3 in drive but yours is at 15. That means the ecm is adding an extra 5 to all the numbers.

    In drive, #1 is definitely out of spec and #3 is just over. Because both 1 & 3 share the same harness connector, you might want to double check it.

    The high pressure can be explained if the mm3 is also high during idle

    Please post balance rates with the main rate and fuel pressure demand and actual for park/neutral and in drive. Engine fully warmed up I'm guessing there is a chance the harness injector pigtails may be swapped or put on the wrong injectors. Did it myself with all the LLY ficm work I've been...

    Like Ron said. Most don't have to deck the block. Just check and clean it up. Heads on the other hand almost always needs to be done
