    Did you not read my post? I said valve body, harness, trans cooler fittings. Been there done that 9 years ago. Iirc the bell housing thread sizes are different for those cooler fittings as well. I deleted my factory lines and went full braided cat hose and jic fittings.

    Valve bodies, harness and trans cooler fittings are different between lb7 and lly. You can use any Allison from 01-10 not sure if a lml can be adapted or not? Evan or Mike would know.

    Your compression is way low on all 8... How did you do the compression test? A healthy LB7 will be in the 390-420 range. The last LB7 I worked on with+15 had a rod bent so bad the piston and the crank were doing some custom machine work on each other...

    How much boost before you float the valves?

    Mine makes 70psi with stock springs. 65 Danville and a bullseye s480, 30 overs at 3250 pulse, 4250 rpm. It won’t go above that so I’m sure that’s the limit with mine:D

    X2 who the F are you kidding Waid?:rofl: I like ProCharger, for the ease of modding. F1A94 can be left on low boost and make 700 or crank it up to 1000+. Just my wooden nickel.

    Keep it simple... I’d ck the fuel line at the drivers rear of the engine. When the engine torques over under heavy load it can kink the line and restrict fuel causing P0098. If the engine mounts are bad or worn it can make it worse. Feel the underside of the bigger line next to the quick coupler...

    Never hurts to ck injector health on a new to you vehicle. But I would look closely at the fuel lines at the left rear top of the engine. I have diagnosed 3-4 lmm's with kinked fuel lines in that location. When the engine torques over it kinks the line even worse...

    Good info thanks. I’ll bump injector size up to at least 160. Do recall what duty cycle you were at for 1200? Truck has twin in tank pumps but I highly doubt they are up to the task.
