I'm commanding 179 and my max rail is set to 180, I think it's time to upgrade the rail psi sensor so I know for sure what's going on.

If I do this will the desired pressure stop when it reaches commanded or will it keep on going?? It's an LB7 so the fuel pressure sensor will only read to 180mpa. Thanks.
The CP4 I was referring to is NOT a CP4 pump it is a CP3 from a 2010 6.7l Cummins, for some reason I thought the newer 6.7s had CP4s. I need to edit my first post... sorry for the confusion.
Dialing it in for the first time. The truck has gone through so many changes its hard to pinpoint the problem. I thought about saying the heck with it and putting twin 12mm Exergy pumps on it but that is a 5k bill I really don't want to mess with right now.
Yes same issue.
Yes, that is exactly what mine is doing! Initially I noticed it around 3k right where my pilot injection shuts off. I extended my pilot out to 4K and that helped at light throttle but did nothing at WOT.
I am using two FASS 150s with AN -10 feed lines up to the engine which then splits into three AN-8 feed lines, one per pump. I have a digital lift pump gauge, idles @ 11psi and has not dropped below 9psi.
How are your high pressure lines routed? Thanks.
Torque tables and Duraflite?
Since I no longer have an Allison telling the ECM torque values and everything Allison related turned off in the DTC files how does this play into tuning the torque tables? I noticed in the logs the TQ value doesn't change in the runs.
Still doesn't change the...
Wow, very interesting! I had no idea large injectors could make that much of a difference. The biggest injectors I have worked with were only 50% over.
Yes very close. The scale on my tune is also adjusted to compensate for the modified II regulator. This is what I run in table B1010.

small tune
That was the small tune, but something to look at. 2000us is only about 500 higher then stock. Getting back on the dyno is not a small task so I need to run through a punch list before I get back on.
Having a rail pressure issue with my triple CP3 setup.
Pumps: Valley pump is a reman II 45% with about 68K and 7 years old. It feeds the stock location LB7 distro block.
2nd pump is a 6.7 CP3 with about 48K feeds the back of the passenger side rail.
3rd pump is a LBZ pump with about...
