    Using the same tool you load the tune with. Read the tune out of the ECM and open the resulting file and compare it to the one you are trying to load into the ECM. If the files are the same then you know the tune loaded correctly and it might be something in the tune itself that is not making...

    Can you read back the tune and see what it is? Those errors will likely go away when you drive the truck as they were a result of being disconnected from the network

    Make sure do didn't swap crank and cam sensors. You might need a scanner that can read missed crank signal count. And lastly a scope that can show the cam and crank signals. You might also want to inspect the reluctor wheels to see of they are loose or miss aligned
