    Not enough information. Can you log the DSP pid and see it switching? Did you full flash the tune? Codes? What does "hit the rev limiter and it's definitely tuned" mean? Can you elaborate on how you know this or how your test indicates it's tuned?

    Fuel temperature would be my first thought. Isn't that how they do it on the LML switchable tuning? Maybe somethings up with the SOTF switch. What does the scanner say for fuel temperature?

    Yes, having the cooler fall down into the bottom of the radiator is very real. But it will likely be stuck to the tank and stay in place. But worth doing one at a time and not risking it Are they plain steel or stainless? I don't think I'd worry either way as there are both steel and aluminum...

    Wasn't that Ike? Had to pull the pan and redo the oil pickup. He tried new filters to rule out drain back valve issues first but didn't resolve it

    L5P Stutter

    Injection pigtails connectors are a known issue with the L5P. Somewhat similar to the LLY issue. And too much slip in either the TCC or any clutch will cause the ECM to pull back power.

    I'd put a mechanical gauge on it to verify the pressure. If it's dropping too low maybe the piston oil squirters. I've heard of them falling out before and messing with the oil pressure.

    Without a load on the engine it won't really build much boost. Try a little power braking and see if you get more boost

    You can't pull the o ring and match it up with a new one? I have an o ring kit that I routinely do that with. Most auto parts stores have them too
