    Yeah the pitman shaft top plate looks to only have 4 bolts. I thought that PSC box had a 5 bolt.....but yeah hopefully packaged wrong in your case. And with those markings on the body it does definitely look like a reman.

    Torque spec

    Not sure if I’m quite understanding you correctly on the part but the turbo coolant bypass valve (located in upper radiator hose metal pipe section) is 44lbs ft. The fittings on the turbo itself for coolant inlet and outlet (banjo bolts)are 18lbs ft. Hope this helps. If not let me know
