    what is too high of a temp ? i think i had 210 to 225 towing in the mountain desert last summer in 110deg weather... but most of the time stayed around 195/200

    Question: Who on here has been unhappy with results using Amsoil?

    In my Harley I swapped to amsoil syn and oil pressure is lower and valve train is alot noisier. I will be putting regular dino oil back in it. While syn oil is good and have it's purpose I don't care for it.

    LMM: Need help in picking Tires/size

    with my t-bars cranked some on 285/65/18 Nitto Trail Grapplers on moto metal 950 18x9 i had to do finder mod on the back of both front and it still rubs on driver front part.. not on the back side anymore.. and not sure how to mod it as the washer fluid is there

    NITTO Tires

    I have the T/G's they are a good tire, but ware fast. I'll be lucky to get 28/30 thousand out of them. They are a soft rubber after 8,000 miles they got louder and ware faster.

    switching efi to new computer

    Yep or got to efi live web site and dl the new software. No matter what make sure to run the updater aftet you install it on new putr As for your files you can email them or us a USB/memory stick and transfer them that way.

    LB7: Dsp 5 help

    Ok did you try to flash it before you put the dsp switch in ? If not then try it, take the pins out of the ECM then flash it. Then reinstall the dsp5. I had trouble with the ground and had to ground it ti the truck instead of the ECM.

    what traction bars to use

    while i do need shocks the bouncing is very little... airbags only vary 10psi..i put just enough air in to add support...i try to keep it around 65psi with trailer hooked up and 10psi empty, but i try to let the springs do some work..i'll try to put less air in next time to put a little more...

    EFI Live Dsp5 install. Man that was easy

    I installed efi live and dsp5 switch from IdahoRob the otherday and I have to say that was the easiest thing I've done to the truck so far. On an 08 Lmm just pop the hood open stood on small ice chest. Lol and just reach down and unhook the harness from the ECM. No need to take off the fender...

    Why are Cummins engines considered so "good."

    Both Cummins and Duramax are good engines... We have Cummins in our tugboats.....do they last longer than others..No... after 6 months they usualy start leaking oil.... but so far they are the only ones without any kind of epa crap..... They are both money pits when you start building them...
