Just bought a personal computer and want to switch my efi from my "family puter" to my new one. Is it easy as placing the cd in new puter adn sending my tunes in an email to the new puter?

Yep or got to efi live web site and dl the new software. No matter what make sure to run the updater aftet you install it on new putr As for your files you can email them or us a USB/memory stick and transfer them that way.

Copy the entire "EFILive" directory out of "My Documents" from the old compy to the new compy. Flash drive is my favorite method. That will actually copy over your license and everything.

And like everyone says, skip the CD, just download the new software (you need both V7 and V8) from http://www.efilive.com/
