    Engine Oil Cooler Kits

I rather would. These trucks move 12-15gpm of oil if I recall my math properly. With the typical neck-down through the internals of the fitting, I’d rather run the largest hose I can. There is is $20-40 total increase from -10 to -12 to know the limiting factor is the engine oil pump that...

    Trans tune vs shift kit

-TransgoJr VS Trans Tune- TransgoJr with Mike's springs is a SOLID choice on 06-10 trucks. It improves shift quality and a slight bump in holding capacity but nothing to be super excited about on that front. Personally I think trans tuning on 01-10 is essentially useless for most customers. On...

    Engine Oil Cooler Kits

The cooler I'm looking at is a Fluidyne that is 15x12x3 (7 thick with fan) and is used on many off-road/baja/racing type applications. There are some options I've been looking at to mount parallel to the frame with a smaller cooler (18.5x8x2). The large Fluidyne dual pass is definitely an...

    New Exhaust Manifold?

Either option will suit you well. One option is ~$400, the other is ~$800.

    New Exhaust Manifold?

HSP's and WCFab's manifolds are not cast, they are machined then welded together. At 1400hp a cast manifold (ProFab on my engine) have not been a detriment. On trucks making more HP than mine they haven't been a detriment. If you want to "buy-once-cry-once" I would go DHD or ProFab and be done...

    New Exhaust Manifold?

Personally I would go one of two routes for a daily driver. 1) XDP or GM LML style driver side manifold with 2" up-pipes 2) DHD or ProFab cast manifolds with 2" up-pipes Personally option 1 will be your best "bang for the buck" as you won't see a major gain from the aftermarket style manifold...

    Injector blowby LB7

Is it the same injectors coming unseated every time? This has been my experience as well. Vacuum test. AKA pull vacuum on each individual return line bank (IE the fitting coming from the head), that would verify the return side.

    LBZ to LMM swap??

Use your LBZ injectors and your LBZ harness, then there's nothing to worry about. LBZ and LMM bodies are the same dimension.

    LBZ to LMM swap??

Swap your harness, injectors, and turbo onto the LMM motor. If you did studs in your engine it may not be a bad idea to bite the bullet and do a quick head gasket job while that LMM engine is on the ground. It's more money but then you're done once and for all. You also can stud it one-by-one...

    LB7 LML Allison 1000 conversion & swap

So are you saying you were able to use the 11-19 valvebody with your custom OS and achieve a working 6spd setup? If so, what was done on the valvebody if anything?

    Engine Oil Cooler Kits

Current brainstormed location is to mount it forward of the fuel cooler on 01-10 trucks and directly to the crossmember on 11-16 trucks on the front side. This allows AirDog lift pump installations to be uneffected on 11-16 trucks. I am contemplating making a bracket that allows for FASS or...

    LML without MAF ?

There is nothing stopping you from using a MAF in either setup. It will simply take scaling work.

    Engine Oil Cooler Kits

I'm creating this post to gauge interest on engine oil cooler kits. These would ideally be offered as bolt-in kits with all lines, hardware, components, harnesses etc to run the fans. I am estimating somewhere in the $1000-$1500 range using all top shelf components like a Fluidyne or Setrab...

67 drop in making noise, s400 time?

If you ever want to talk about it more feel free to get ahold of me! I've played with quite a few different compound setups over the years in our elevations. I've been toying with the idea of trying out the smeding drop-in knowing it may not last like a true borg. I would then replace the CHRA...
