I have a guy who is putting together a 2002 lb7 that was flood damaged. He has the thing to where it will start but suddenly dies. What pids should I log for him or do you think the theft system is shutting the truck off?
Same boat here. PPE Centerlink with all the other mods in sig. Not much difference in turning radius if at all. Tire scrub will happen on full crank a little. Havent notice any ill affects on the tires. I can launch the truck @ 20lbs with the cv angles level and it just digs!:D
I am in the same boat here with stock bottom end. I have several conservative dynos with 650 and also time slips to back it up. I just recently had Kory tune the truck and we both believe its worth another 100+ from what it was. I also added some meth to the mix for what it may or may not be...
My stock lb7 runs 13.0 with bad locker in rear poor traction and efi, lift pump, and EFI Trans. With traction improvements easy 12.7's. I usually get 1.9 or high 60' times in it.
Ya it can be done. I dyno'd a few times @ 650. I am gonna hit the rollers next month cause I think I am deeeep in the 7's now. I realize I have exceeded the limitations of the stock rods. Hopefully I get a build started by March.:thumb:
I have a buddy who also has a rancho and he likes it. Mine is a procomp 6" that I have the bars pretty low and put a smaller block in the back to give it a 4" lift. Rides pretty decent also.:thumb:
It sux they won't come clean Chavis. I more than once called Mbrp with broken welds on mufflers. They had me take a pic & sent me new ones no questions asked.
