Also double check your pinout & connections! I have had this with just a pin not seated all the way.
Log dsp5 position & check your voltages when you turn the switch.
The unit is fine for street use. The thing I don't like about the dodge unit is if you are doing any offroading the tire you need to turn damn sure wont! I never had problems with the factory units or even auburn units but this particular one is pretty frustrating.
Not real sure on the Lb7/Lly pumps but on the Lbz/Lmm Kory has told me he continues to make horsepower with as much as 3500 drop in rail. My commanded is 25500 and actual is 23500 on 80 overs 2675 usec and it works real well!:thumb:
