    I would guess then that your fueling is off some. In your tune, if it has overheated enough times I would also suspect head gaskets. Someone else asked earlier about the bypass line for egr cooler, you did add one and not just block it off correct?

    Is it possible the tune is for a non egr deleted truck, then the tune may be causing it to run without enough or to much fuel?

    I forget cause I don't have one, but does the 300 blackout fit the 5.56 or the .308 lowers? If it's the 5.56, then a 300 blackout magnum for the .308 might be the thing.

    You will need to use your harness. From the lb7. Modifications will need to be made. Never done the swap, but a few on here and other forums have. I've seen it recommended to use same year model for swap as it's easier.

    Don't know where to go

    Do you have a scanner that will show desired vs actual fuel rail pressure. Make sure your lift pump is actually working. If it is it could be you high pressure pump. It could also be your fuel pressure regulator sticking open, then as it sits slowly closing.

    Hot trans

    Get an infrared thermometer and make sure the sender is right. Had a problem on friends boat where it showed it was over heating, but when I put my thermometer on it it showed close to thermostat readings, changed gauge and no more overheating.

    I believe the ecm, bcm, and a few other things need to wake up before a remote start is iniated. The code for that is the two presses of the lock button, the holding the start button.
