    Supercharger reliability????

    What rpm do you think that d-1sc will begin building boost? My guess is around 20,000 rpm impeller speed. Somewhere around 1700rpm engine speed. For 3.9l, I'm not sure this would be the best charger. May need to speak with Procharger regarding surge and this compressor.

    Like Pat says, rpm is key to survival. Have any idea the rpm you will be cruising this engine and what rpm you limit the engine?

    Is this race during the 1/4 mile or salt flats Pat? I remember sometime back you desired this. I just don't remember what kind of torque you wanted limited. Don't we already run past 3000 rpm down the quarter? I mean once past the 60ft I never see below 3000 rpm again till.....

    I hate to hear of that blown head gasket. Have you sent it Guy or had someone look at it just to see if maybe they could pick up on the issue. I might have missed a post relating to this and if so, excuse please. I can't wait for that truck to start ripping again. I just hope you can take it...
