    Clamp your springs front and rear. Get the correct hitch height. Lower your air pressure (amount will depend on track). 4 low, put your tap shift in 3 Make sure your locked in 4 low as your pulling up to sled. add sand bags in bed to bring weight up to limit (8,000 lbs most likely)...
