    05 AC problem

    try unhooking the batteries again and see what happens. I have heard there is a relay/switch or whatever that will get stuck one way sometimes when the batteries are out. Happened to my dads avalanche all the time.

    Joe I just replaced mine a couple months ago, got it from the dealer for like $160. The ones all the other auto part stores were total junk. Took my shaft out and down to Dans Dive line and got the new one pressed on. Give me a call if you need a hand.

    I would think the boost should be higher on a stock tune that 15. I hit at least 23-25 stock. Yea like others have said, change the fuel filter and see what happens.

    Start off by not using so many exclamation !!!! points lol it makes for tough reading when it sounds like your screaming every sentence. So you have DSP 5? Does anything change with the truck when you change tunes? Honestly I would get a stock tune flashed in somewhere, Fleece or where ever...
