    That will work. Be carefull when removing fittings from stock cooler. Use 2 wrenches. The cooler is a cheap PS and will bend very easy. The fittings are known to gall so I would heat it lightly with propane torch.

    The new 10 sp will have the same problems. Valve bodies will wear out due to the constant shifting.

    The DOC will tell you if the solenoid is electricly sound, but it won't tell you that it's working properly. You need a solenoid dyno to know for sure. The dyno uses air pressure along with a DVOM set on mA to see at what pressure it opens and closes. You must know ahead of time what those...

    20 pin connector had nothing to do with it. Speed sensor harness is where you fixed it.

    There is no reverse solenoid. Usualy the PSM will throw a P0875 code if the switch is bad. You've worked on so many different things at once I couldn't begin to guess what's wrong.

    Why do so many people replace solenoids when they see a code? It's almost never a solenoid. try looking for a bad ground at the TCM or harness.
