    Chevy1925 (James) Truck/motor build

@Bdsankey Are you talking some GMT-900 seats or later GMT-800 seats? How are you planning to adapt the power to them? Have you thought about using the stock heat function with the door button? If I could do that I would swap in later GMT-800 seats too. I wish I could find some back foam...

    Used truck market at standstill??

Buddy just got a loan to go buy a used truck and is at 7.29% interest rate. I can't find anything worthwhile for him. I am the one doing all the searching and actually looking at the trucks. Two nights ago I went to look at an 05 RCSB advertised with a 5.3 and 113k miles, truck looked nice in...

    September '24 Chat -- School's In!

Dove hunting was mostly a bust. Felt like I was shooting blanks. Don't know wtf was going on with me that day. Part of me wants to blame my shotgun as I shot a shorter shotgun than last year but that feels like a cop out. Oh well. Lots of good food and good times were had.

We can get tint tickets around here too but it is TX and it’s hot as balls. My running theory is that if you just drive like an old man (how I drive) you’ll have no issues lol

It's not as bad as you might think lol I have 50% on both my trucks and all it really does at night is cut down glare. The side tint really has an effect on how dark the windshield looks though. This was a bit cloudy on that day. My other truck which definitely is darker. I don't know why but...

@2004LB7 What do you mean by mini shells? Like some tiny shell in a 12 gauge or something like a .410? Don't think I've heard of those before. 20 gauge is great. I enjoy shooting it and it should be easy enough for her to pick up.

Spent the weekend doing brakes. Finally no more warped rotor. Shit that thing was cooked pretty good. Ready for dove season this weekend. My girlfriend wants to go this year so I am looking at buying another shotgun she can shoot. Academy has a Mossberg Maverick youth model for under $250...

Hmmm, I haven't noticed any issues with the PF63 I installed a couple of weeks ago. This is on a 2011 Cadillac SRX.

@2004LB7 I will agree with this however my Mini H1 retrofit I don't seem to have that issue. There is a great cutoff but when I am just cruising down the highway I don't seem to notice it and the throw is great.

    Clay pigeons

No, interesting idea didn't know there was such a thing. Don't think that is gonna fly with the game warden though for a bird hunt.

That sucks. I have never had to deal with Osha for basically anything. My job just requires a safety toe. I’m wearing Ariat steel toes that I’ve been wearing for the past 5 years or so. I’ve put some MILES on those boots lol
