    Help: Cracked PPE GT4094R Turbo

X2 , thats one of the main reasons HTT did there stainless housings . And agree it wont hurt anything to leave it , I personally would be more worried about welding it and the weld lasting on the cast than leaving it alone .

    edge insight with new turbo

Taylor do you plant to use the Insight to switch your tunes ? if so I need to set the tune up for it , if not I will set it to hardwired for a normal switch , as far as the turbo and insight , it wont matter you should be fine , if your concerned just stay in the # 3 and lower tunes till it shows .

    EPR Twin Turbo Install Pics!!!

LOL :roflmao: Its funny we first started using them to take kits to and from powder coating , they worked so well we recently started using them for shipping , and those are the best thing we have ever used for shipping turbo kits , it may seem silly but it gets the job done far better than...

    Header Warping Problem

I never took it as a bashing Dave , the Reason I suggested Rick is mostly because I have no clue why they would warp and though he might offer the most insight , Also I am sure he can probably make a thicker flange for your application if need be.

    Header Warping Problem

Mine didnt get a ton of use this year but they saw plenty of of heat and so far so good , the set i ran last year held up decent too , a few small cracks developed by end of season , Rick fixed the newer sets when he started using the 11 gauge stainless tubing instead of the 16 gauge . I would...

    TrueTrac on front?

I looked into this for a while , but have since came to the conclusion that the carnage is too much to make it viable , every one i know that has ran there locker ( e locker ) at the strip has lunched there front end many many times in the process and stopped after a few times of breaking axles...

    lmm triple turbo

The turbo's flow about 5 lbs per minute more than a S480 , boost will vary greatly depending on the VVT tuning but should be around 55 psi , with the right high pressure turbo we have dynoed up to 850 hp on the same atmosphere turbo's , so if a modded VVT turbo was added and enough fuel was on...

LB7: Up pipes worth the money?

Not sure if Rick still does it , but he used to allow you to "trade up " , if you were running his up-pipes only and wanted to upgrade to headers and up-pipes he would take them back in and give a certain credit towards the new stuff . I personally think the up-pipes are worth the money , we...
