    The trans shifts quick enough, Why do you want it to shift faster? What are you trying to gain out of a few more ms of shift time? Do you know why the shift times are set the way they are, or do you just think in your head, "hey faster shift = faster track time"??

    The shift timing value is what the trans will go to right after a reset, but then will learn to shift when it wants too.. Playing with shift timing is a very good way to cause a hang up and doesnt matter who built your trans, they will get to do it again.

    Matt, why not delete that damn battery, and figure out why it wont run without 2 batteries???? That seems to sound more like the issue...

    Mine starts and runs just fine on one battery. If Im in a hurry and its cold enough for the glow plugs to kick on, and I try to jump in and start, my clock will reset...But it turns over just fine and runs normal. Driver side battery only.

    I went about 3 months when my first motor went Seemed like the longest 3 months of my life lol. Tough making payments on something sitting in a shop lol I think I was getting depressed at the time from it too lol.

    Getting old...godd or bad?

    The thought is, live a normal life to 90ish or be a millionaire, do crazy things and whatever whenever you want and die around 50ish... I thought what the heck, a great lifestyle, and tons of fun until I was 50 doesn't sound bad.... EDIT: if I was married and have kids, I'd think different...
