I'm at 600+ on stock rods. Running s475/stock setup and 40 overs. I have it detorqued. Been like that for 3 years and still on stock head bolts. 125k on her.- SickLL7Crenshaw

Compression on LBZ
Ive had a 5.5+ rate in my lly before and it was just an injector failing. My 40% overs haze at idle in colder weather. Seems normal to me. I would do the CP test to help you feel better then replace that injector.- SickLL7Crenshaw

Recommendations for a 235/85R16
Michelin XPS Traction. 235/85r16. We have them on most of our ranch trucks and you can't beat them IMO. They're all steel and for being that they're not rough at all. We've gotten 35k on them and 75% of those miles on dirt. :thumb:- SickLL7Crenshaw

Well I just ordered the tires in the original post. Good info Tom hopefully I can get a 1.6x. I been running 12.4s with high 1.7s and 1.8s. What's everyone doing for suspension? Stock Allison w/Lockup Box
I ran a lock up box on my lb7 and made over 20 passes with it all on the stock 5 speed. That was at 7100lbs also. 13.5-7s all day and she still going strong today. I wouldn't be surprised if you get some nice 12 sec times on the stock 6 speed. Best of luck!!:thumb:- SickLL7Crenshaw

Trans fluid level
Efi live will not do the fast learn. Tech 2 will be your friend. When having it done make sure the cruise control is in the off position.- SickLL7Crenshaw
