You can get to the converter bolts with a torch done it before lol its not that hard. Then get the flywheel off to get the apadter housing off oil pan ect
Price with a core block manifolds up pipes all the machine work af cam new crank assembly redueing the heads ect ect fingers pistons all the associated stuff to assemble a long block will be in that range not just a short block
The 2015 6.7 will make 500+rwhp all stock just tuned and there turbo is the same size as the duramax turbo they have a bigger cp4 the the duramax as well so a 2015 6.7 would be one I'd own
That's interesting I like my tuned 68rfe over any allison I've have ever towed with my allison doesn't didn't do bad but my dodge would tow circles around my lb7 when it could still tow
