I said **** it and had it completely repainted. Had every ding and dent fixed and had it shot with PPG GM ebony black and a ton of PPG Mercedes clear. Full wet sand starting with 800 up to 3000, buffed then polished and ceramic coated. Replaced all plastics, wiper arms, grills, bumper, door...- NC-smokinlmm

Stupid Rust
There's not much you can do. My rcsb just started as well, it's a 2010, I bit the bullet and had the entire truck repainted.
