Been having service trailer brake come up on the dic, when im not towing. Searching around i noticed most LML's that do this will set a DTC and/or at least be consistently showing up. Mine will not set any codes. Dealer basically said without the code and amount sensors for the brake system "who knows how long it will take to track it down." Its my daily and im not playing that game. Ive done the basics on my own, check fuses, clean/grease connections, etc. It still comes up occasionally and when it does it drives me crazy. The only direction i have now is the hand actuator left side of the dash. Could be in my mind, but if i "jiggle" the actuator slightly it seems to go away long enough to forget about it. Any insight into being on the right track before i tear into the dash? Anyone have any issues with the OEM brake controller?
