LMM: Issues after injector install 08 with 450k miles

Sounds exactly like mine did when the crank snapped. Hopefully the motor isn't trashed from running it more.

Lowest Safe air pressures for drag racing on Drag Radials

My truck has a bunch of goodies since my last pass. I just can't find time to get it to the track!

Lowest Safe air pressures for drag racing on Drag Radials

Try not to go faster than 10.52 I'm sick of falling down the list lol

Lowest Safe air pressures for drag racing on Drag Radials

In my opinion going from just rears to all 4 corners on a heavy truck is a completely different ball game. There is a lot of weight on the nose of these trucks.

Lowest Safe air pressures for drag racing on Drag Radials

I would start closer to 20 and 22 and work your way down from there.

Lowest Safe air pressures for drag racing on Drag Radials

That might be the lowest pressure for a radial on a 2800lb car though.....

Lowest Safe air pressures for drag racing on Drag Radials

Tubeless and it 60 footed ok but I never had much time to practice on them. Every time I put them on the truck I got kicked out of the track lol. Mike Graves has them on his crew cab now and he was having very good luck with them.

Lowest Safe air pressures for drag racing on Drag Radials

I know I ran a good amount less than that with my 30x14 M&H but that is a different tire. I have a set of Mickey Thompson radials but haven't run them yet so I'm curious what people have to say.

    New HSP Manifolds

These are the 2" version but should flow plenty for my setup. They are actually billet!

    New HSP Manifolds

Just wanted to thank the guys over at HSP for getting me set up with some new manifolds. Recently developed a leak in a set of headers I've been running and decided manifolds would be the best bet for the amount of driving I do. These things are pretty freakin fancy. These are a prototype but...

    Intermittent chug/knock

Any luck bypassing the filter head? Have you checked balance rates? What year is the truck? Hopefully your crank isn't on it's way out.

    Exhaust question

Stack also helps when it gets deep. At that point the height of the air intake becomes an issue.

    Question: Choosing a race trailer

Surprised to hear this. 2 of my buddies have run them for the past few years with no issues.

    Exhaust question

I have an OldSkool Carbon stack with built in venturis. It also helps create downforce at the track.

    Question: Choosing a race trailer

I spent a lot of time looking for my truck and the consensus was to go a bit longer than you think you'd need. I had my truck on a 20' tilt trailer and it fit but it didn't leave any room to move to truck front to back so adjusting the load was tricky. It also left no space for spare tires or...

    Exhaust question

I run a stack because the hot air rising vertically from the stack creates an updraft which creates a vacuum in the exhaust pipe which in turn helps to spool the turbos faster and decreases EGTs. Science. 4" or 5" won't make a difference. Just pick what you like and go with it. My suggestion...
