They are 3 inch but are in the 2 inch hole. I removed the overloads and one spring. It's definitely low, did some pre measuring and it's sitting 9 inches lower without the bed on!!!

T minus 12hr and the transformation begins....hoping to get the cab, bed and possibly the drivetrain out tomorrow!!!! Let the wrenching begin. I'm ready to be done and it's just getting started.

Napa premium tierods with fleece sleeves, PPE centerlink, moog idler and pitman arms. Also did moog upper control arms and lower ball joints....I will also install braces if needed. Should be good to go though!!! I like DHDs brace better than the cognitos...

The frontend is together complete minus brakes and the rear springs where modified. Looking like it might be done before Christmas!!

Kyle, you should be able to get an adapter plug for the vane sensor.....the water pumps are different, if you are doing the LLY motor, I would get a modded water pump from Danville, or from another vendor. The reluctor wheel is the big issue, there are some posts on here explaining the procedures.
The frame was sandblasted then prepped, and then I sprayed duplicolor bedliner on it. I was going to powder it but then it would torn up when it's welded on so the bedliner was the best option.
