    Issues with a newly retuned LLY.

    x2 on the relearn with a Tech 2. That 3-4 flare shift isn't uncommon. Once you get your tcm flashed get your taps reset & do a fast learn with a Tech2. It may take some time but it'll learn to pop off the shifts nice & smooth.

    Billet S468

    We put a cast 468/83/.90 in a buddy's LBZ. It spools great even with stock injectors. That 83 sucks at the top of the rpm range. I think you'll love the 468/87. If I ever do another one I'll try the 87 myself. Not sure how much better the billet is.

    New track times!!

    I noticed that. I finally got my spoolup where I want it. Made a few passes last night with the new converter. I can light my first bulb, spool the turbo before I light the second & pretty much hold the boost wherever I want. I can even do a burnout now:D

    I've seen a back cover like that before but it was caused by the drive line flying off the truck at 80 mph. It destroyed the back cover, bell housing & tail housing on the tranny, the rear axle yolk and bent the transfer case shaft. I wouldn't take any chances. I can send you a back cover if you...

    Do you mean the bell housing of the transmission or the rear cover of the motor? It sounds like you mean the rear cover of the motor. If that's the case it can be done with the motor in the truck. The flywheel bolts are very tight. Find a good way to keep the motor from spinning. If you had a...
