    If your not loosing coolant and the injectors where done without removing the cups and sealing them. I would say the cups are causing the pressure I had the same problem with my truck and sealing the cups fix the pressure.

    Tonys tuning is very snappy IMO i feel verry little lag i guess it would depend on your set up tho.

    I have a exergy lbz sportsman pump with stock injectors, I havnt had time to log it and have tony turn it up since i put the 66 on but I'm shooting for a reliable 600+ all said and done.

    Give David a call he will answer all your questions about them and I think he has a new 66 ihi coming out soon as well.

    I'm running his 66 ihi and i am very pleased with the power I gained,spools great drivability is just as good as stock, David is awesome to deal with as well! Hope to have some dyno numbers soon.

    i had no other symptoms other than pressure in the coolant system i would put my money on a cup, when i pulled my injectors out 3 of them came out with the cups stuck to them thats when i knew it was most likely the cause of the problem, merchant has a nice kit everything you need to do the job!

    had the same problem with mine for months decided to take a shot an do all new injector cups an reseal them....... haven't had the problem since:thumb:
