    Dmax swap mounts using Dmax & LS mounts are already available as a bolt on kits. There are a couple company’s making them, that utilize the Dmax four bolt pattern.

Thoughts on this are for the guys that want stronger than factory, still need a water jacket for street use, or have to have a “factory appearing” block, without breaking the bank. We are not “designing from the ground up”...

    For right now the old style crank is in the plans, that can be changed later once we have enough time beating the L5P stuff up if needed/wanted. We are casting with a raised deck, so if somebody wanted to use L5P style pistons (re bush & get the pin away from the problem area) it’s doable. Or...

    Got the belt routing all figured out and mounted, hidden out of the way. PS pump is a Sweet Mfg. pump flowed to factory spec, using their BBC mount/tensioner.., with a little machining on the back side to fit the Dmax block/head layout. Belt is a short 53 5/8” Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    We just finished up the Solidworks “Factory Appearing” files about a week ago. Im getting ready to have molds made now, then the fun begins. Thicker casting around the critical areas including cylinder bores for much larger pistons, plus some improvements in other areas :) . Solid file below...
