    LLY swap HELP!

    Show us pics of what you are talking about. You are swapping backward from what most do (LLY to LB7), but wiring is the same under the fuse boxes. You shouldn’t even have to swap the oil sensor & sensor harness unless the LB7 is an 01/02 model one wire style.

    It’s actually a common issue on the L5P. Almost every truck we have had in has had some rubbing right there, some are pretty bad for as little mileage as they have. My personal truck was rubbing through also.

    Yeah, you got an old set unfortunately. I bought NorCal in 2014, and Cognito changed over to in house manufacturing I’d say around 2015-2016 on the ball joints.

    I feel that the truck should come like this from the factory, I definitely like how it woke the motor up. For being a piggy back unit, I think it’s worth the coin. Only thing I wish we could do is get rid of the speed limiter, passing a car and hitting the limiter quick isn’t safe

    Yup, put one on my CC/SB a few weeks ago. stock left pic, Derringer right pic. Could have went 14.3’s if I would have removed the 5th wheel, air in bags & tires, plus junk in the back no problem. Stock time slip was without all the weight. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Got a Derringer to get some track feedback on. I towed 25k+ lbs to the track, left the 5th wheel hitch in, tires at towing psi and 70lbs in the air bags. Tow haul off (went slower by .15 with T/H on, TCM was in T/H towing trailer to the track), traction control off, boosted 4x4 @ 2k rpm...
