    I'm a pretty decent welder but all I have is flux core mig. I have access to any setup I want but knowing that I wanted it to be quality and look quality I let James weld mine as well. Also, I can attest that his bars are the best on the market...fit, finish etc. You couldn't give your money...

    Wow, these guys invest all this time and money in their truck and don't even romp on it. I usually stomp on it once or twice a day when it gets driven. Got to keep that trans schooled on race mode ya know:thumb:

    Don't use clear coat if you want to be able to remove it. It has a slight rubber type feel.

    No prep necessary. That is why it is so awesome. Just clean the area very well and spray. Normally if you rattle can something you have to scratch up the surface and it will never be the same. Plasti dip is a rubberized coating. Spray it on and if it ever starts to look bad or you get tired of...

    Have used in on rims, grilles, bumpers etc. The nice thing about it is that if you ever get tired of it just peel it off. It is rubberized so you don't need to prep the surface just clean it really well and if you ever get tired of the black just pull it off and you have chrome wheels or grille...

    113K is not high miles for a Duramax. I know of a couple of Duramax powered trucks at 600K miles plus and I know of a couple Cummins powered trucks at over 1 million. Now those are high miles. That truck is still a baby at 113K.
