    Blade count weight difference

the 11 blade stuff is low pressure, that have more blades to grab air to make boost faster but do not make the power 6 or 7 blade wheels do. these has been dyno tested and confirmed, not just my opinion. as far as your question no we have never weighed the same wheels with different blade counts.

The bolt I saw was a squirter bolt, rod bolts were still torqued. Piston skirt is smashed. Did not crack a piston that was another thought I had.

Well one rod is in a million pieces, piston is hammered, cam got hit, nothing is seized, bearings look good, crank is still in one piece. No idea what happened here

I've assembled over 30 motors all run hard and mine are the only ones that have issues like this. I just don't get it.

Nope it won't happen right away. In the process of moving so until that's all taken care of its just going to sit. This motor made it just over 12,000 miles.

So not exactly sure what the cause of the catastrophic failure was but cruising down the highway two rods tried to exit the block. Holes in both sides. Oil pressure was 65ish psi 190* oil temp, no more than 10 psi of boost, egts around 800. Towing a small enclosed trailer at 55mph in traffic.
