    What do you guys think about daily driving 200’s? Should those be considered race only. Currently running 100 overs in my lmm with a 12mm pump and want to push up to around 1100whp. Future plans will be in the 1300-1400 range. Am I crazy for thinking 200’s can be tolerable or do 150’s sound like...

    LMM: Stubborn seized glow plug..

    I would just run the engine up and get it up to temp. Locally heating with a torch isn’t gonna get the aluminum expansion you’re looking for. You shouldn’t have anything to worry about driving it.

    Looks like the plug that goes on the fuel return line, think it’s a temp sensor right in front of the glow plug computer.

    Injectors lifting

    It’s good to torque and retorque after a heat cycle. I cranked mine down pretty good after the specified torque wasn’t enough though.

    My air dog had some issues internally after 4-5 years. Kept losing prime and just shutting the truck off for about a month. I ended up putting a sump on and going with a fuel lab lift pump and that fixed all my issues. Even manged to get more rail pressure at WOT.

    I believe it was 12.3-12.6 when I turned it off. If anyone can check there log it would be greatly appreciated. Thinking I might need to check the voltage going to and from the map sensor.

    My original map sensor read 11.7psi which I replaced and the new one is saying 12.6ish. I’m at sea level mostly. That’s pretty far off right? Thanks guys!

    What are the balance rates doing when cold and when warm? I’ve noticed when I shut an injector off it always affects the balance of another cyclinder. I wouldn’t concentrate so much on just 8. Maybe check one in the firing order before and after #8

    Yes I used an ac Delco glow plug in cylinder 2. Just talked with Danville and he mentioned I might need to reserialize the new injectors with a tech 2.

    Getting a lot of white smoke at startup with some light engine shaking until it warms up a bit.     You have to shave one part of the lmm grey plug to get lbz’s to fit. It’s super easy and saves ya a little coin.
