    Help: LB7 Mysterious Coolant Leak

    Check the Hard Aluminum heater line on the passenger side. Look at the bracket where it bolts to the alternator bracket. This tends to crack. Ive had to weld up 4 of these on different trucks.

    Yes that is a good number. Mine were all under 300psi with one at about 180psi. The biggest thing is the variance between them.

    I think its safe to say nearly every LB7 owners max effort stock turbo tune is around those numbers. I think your on the right track starting low and working your way up. Less chance of breaking things.

    3,200 pulse width and 32* of timing IIRC. i backed it down to 27* after the rods went and changed how the timing/fuel came on down low. IMO its more about how/when the torque comes on rather than peak timing/pulse width values.
