Tom be careful. Tons of spam out there these days and they are getting very good, some of it isnt even completely obvious scam. I treat almost everything as scam these days. When i was looking at a Jetta, It took me about 10 hours of digging and 20 emails back and forth to one guy before I...

There really isnt a Downfall to making IC pipes out of stainless, mild steel or aluminized steel IMO. Many people go this route. And I know Banks pipes are steel.

    Looking For Bulkheads.

Anybody know wher I can find electrical bulkheads. i want ones that can hold multiple wires. I also like the ones that are on alot of our tractors. Where they simply disconnect with a twist of a collar. I would buy some of them but they are for 10awg wire. Thanks.,

    Question: Need welding advice...

Its been said before, but its still very important, CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. The most important thing in welding aluminum is cleanliness. I clean with a stainless brush and then wipe everything down with a wire wheel. I prefer to push. It gives me a better view and its the way ive always been...

    LB7: The Rebuild, Ch.2 -- Building slowly

O engine stand? I got mine from NAPA. Its a fancy one with a geared dealio to rotate the engine, and its collapseable which is great for storage, but if your like me, it serves as the resting place the the engine 90% of the year anyways. I think mines rated at 1250lbs but it might be only...

    LB7: The Rebuild, Ch.2 -- Building slowly

NAPA has a lot of things, I use them for everything on the farm, because its so nice and easy with Prolink and free delivery. But sadly for our engines, its kind of a lost cause unless you want a water pump or fan clutch. The rest is mostly Gm parts, even all of those stupid ridiculously...
