CastFlow Manifolds and Up Pipes Still on sale!!

What would it take to cast a water cooled marine version? I know the market is tiny right now but part of the reason is lack of after market support for marine accessories.

Hoping to get time next week to fit the real tubing. Do y'all think I should boot the cooler and weld everything in between or leave a boot in the middle also?

    Twins with Twins, Anyone?

Kidturbo, the 40 Outlaw had sixes right? I'm assuming it has a Char Lynn for the helm pump. You wouldn't know offhand which series? I think the 10 is common in marine but not sure about flow requirements for these drives and want to be about 3 turns lock to lock.

Just making sure they line up before pulling engines back out to test run and rig and repaint the bilge. Heat exchangers/brackets will bolt to center stringer underneath engines

I thought I looked at rotating the compressor housing a while back and the bolt pattern wouldn't allow it. I'll check. Yeah I just cut some tubing up to see how things lined up, I'll run the real tubing thru a bead roller, still waiting on the other charge cooler. Got one 5 by 28 heat exchanger...

Starboard engine won't be as uncluttered, the turbo's pointing the wrong direction. Compressor housing is aluminum right? Not too much trouble to v band it. Think there would be much benefit to water cool the first 4-6" coming out of the compressor??

Chicken scratch for mixer plate at the back end of the elbow. I should be using a local water jet shop but it's more fun to hack thru it with low tech half worn out tools we have around the farm, plus everything I take to a shop ends up sitting there for a month or three.

Building a set of 5" flush side exits, I have these 4's but afraid they won't handle the exhaust with water flow from both up pipes dumping into the tail pipe

:D Yeah 7212, hopefully I get done before it's all obsolete. The turbo v flange is bugging the crap out me right now, don't want to buy a stainless down pipe just to cut the flange off.
