    A good converter last pulling truck had an revmax converter in it. After 3 years of multiple pulls with 3 chargers ranging from a 2.6 to 3.0 it held up great. Sold the truck last year. Also know multiple trucks with their converter in them...no problems. And one of the 47re trans that one...

    Well got everything inside the case up to spec..dumped fluid in and went to move outside and double clunk when in reverse and when switched to drive it would hold for a few seconds then blink and would show range shift inhibited. The codes are p0731..P2723...p0706.. Figured this issue...

    Just to recap: took trans apart once again..assembled c4 correctly..measured clearance to be between 65-70 thousandths..put back together and in truck and now like I said in my previous message I am getting codes:(

    Well tonight I logged some parameters with the scan tool. While studying commanded vs current gear I noticed the truck shift..commanded 2nd- current gear 2nd -and on up to 5th and down to first..I'm thinking it's a miracle and grab the jack stands out and take for a ride..I did not even leave...

    Reading over alto I noticed the peek washer was part of the c3 installation. The only thing I left out is alto recommendation to install the thicker steel in the middle of the clutch pack. I did not do that and can't see how that would make a difference.

    Here is the exact place the valve is hanging up (the red line). But as i attach the selonoid to the end of the assembly-fully seated- the valve does not back up to meet this hangup when fully assembled. but when i move the valve with my finger-the valve hangs up when the spring is fully...
