Help: Need shop in Boca raton/Miami Florida

Pull the bridges to inspect them better and pull the glow plugs while they are off and use a rubber tip air nozzle in the glow plug holes to do a makeshift leakdown test for a dropped valve.

Help: Ran unknown time w/ no air filter

I wouldnt worry about it. I know guys that ran around for months with no filter with no ill effects at all. A early oil change wouldn't hurt though.

    Thoughts?

Mine has had a 66 on it for about 4 years and 30% overs for over a year. So far so good with Idahorob tunes! It has never dynoed over 520 hp so idk if my tunes are crazy mild or the dyno is low :/ Edit 188,000 miles btw, been tuned since 120,000 and I'm pretty sure the previous owner had it...

I just read about putting a LML one on. Cheaper and better, like $165 off amazon.

    Braided brakelines and slotted rotors

I have ebay brakes n love them. I'd at least price getting the lines made. Hydraulic stuff like that is surprisingly cheap.

You are quite welcome. He will treat you right and do a good job. He has done quite a few duramax engine builds and allison rebuilds and is a diagnostic/electrical genius.

Where you at? Id tell you to come to our shop but our labour rate is over $100 a hr. I have a friend who owns a small shop right outside of Hagerstown who can do everything you mentioned who is a very experienced duramax/allison tech and his rates are very reasonable!

Info wanted: how many miles on your ovals, what do you think?

Warm it up, drive it a couple miles to check for leaks and go beat on it, that's how I've always seen it done. You want to vary rpms while under load too.

    My Morimoto Projector Retrofit.

Precisely! You have to cut and and glue and mess around to mount them in. This way you do a little cutting and the retroquick bracket allows you to bolt the new projectors right in where the old ones were.

    My Morimoto Projector Retrofit.

Yes i did. And it did help but still didn't near cut it. The difference in light output would blow your mind, i forgot to do a before picture unfortunately.....

    My Morimoto Projector Retrofit.

Was that directed at me? If so its because the aftermarket projectors were total junk. Worse than stock by far.

LBZ: A/c only works when it rains out help?????

It might be over charged and the water across the condenser is dropping the pressure enough that it kicks on. Get some gauges on it and see what the high side pressure is. Edit: i need to learn to read lol. Man idk, you got a weird issue for sure! It has to be a sensor of some sort. Maybe the...
